Do I need a Payactiv account to use Connect?
Yes. You need a Payactiv account to view and send messages in Connect.
Does Connect cost anything to use?
No, Connect features are always free for employees to use.
How do I find Connect in the Payactiv app?
The Connect button is on the bottom-right corner of the screen when you open the Payactiv app.
I’m not seeing shifts or news from my employer. How can I turn it on?
Not every company offers company-specific features like news and shifts. If you’re not seeing these in your Connect channel, ask your HR representative if your company is signed up for Connect.
Can I chat with people outside of work on Connect?
You only can chat with the employees that share the same employer as you as long as they have the Payactiv app downloaded.
Are my chats and group chats private?
Yes, Direct chat is totally private, Group chat is private as well and only visible to users who are part of the same group chat.
