What’s the difference between the card I received from my HR manager and the card you get by applying in the app?
The card you received from your HR manager can only be funded by your paycheck through your employer, while the card you apply for in the app can be funded by more sources. The perks, benefits, and functionality of the cards are the same.
How can I check my balance on the card?
You may check your card balance at any time by downloading the Payactiv mobile app, logging onto the Payactiv website, or by calling our customer service at (877) 937-6966.
Why does my Payactiv Visa Payroll Card say Valued Cardholder instead of my name?
If your payroll card says “Valued Cardholder” on it, that means that you have received the instant issue Payactiv Restricted Load Visa® Card from your employer. To receive a personalized card with your name, please call our customer service at (877) 747-5862.
Will I be charged a fee when withdrawing money from an ATM?
You can make surcharge-free cash withdrawals at more than 37,000 MoneyPass® ATMs. Alternatively, you can withdraw cash from any out-of-network ATM for an additional fee.
