Is there a cost to using Payactiv Tips?
There is no cost to you to receive your tips on the Payactiv Visa Card.
How long does it take to receive my earned tips?
We process your earned tips within hours of receiving the information from your employer.
Do I have to activate my Payactiv Visa Payroll Card to use tips?
Yes, you must activate your card so that Payactiv can start disbursing your earned tips to the card. Please activate it by calling the number on the back of your card or through the Payactiv app.
