How can I check my Payactiv Visa Card balance?
You can check your Payactiv balance in the Payactiv mobile app at any time. You can also check your balance by calling the Payactiv Card customer service team at 877-747-5862.
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Immediately log in to the Payactiv app and lock your card to prevent unauthorized transactions. Even without your physical card, you can still access funds through the virtual card, free bill pay, transfers to a friend’s Payactiv Visa Card, or a withdrawal to an external account. You can also contact Payactiv Card customer service at 877-747-5862.
Which no-cost ATM network can I use?
You can use your Payactiv Visa Card for fee-free withdrawals at any participating MoneyPass® ATM. The MoneyPass network features 37,000 fee-free ATMs nationwide. Use the MoneyPass ATM locator to find a surcharge-free ATM near you.
How do I add money or set up direct deposit to my card?
Add money to your Payactiv Visa Card by setting up direct deposit with your employer or by using Payactiv’s Earned Wage Access through the app. Your card comes with an account and routing number for direct deposit from any employer, plus a pre-filled direct deposit form and access to the numbers on the Card tab in the app.
Can I add my Payactiv Visa Card to a digital wallet?
You can add your Payactiv Visa Card to compatible digital wallets. The Payactiv Visa Card works with Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and Samsung Wallet. When you add your Payactiv Visa Card to a digital wallet, you can take advantage of convenient contactless checkout using your linked smartphone or smartwatch.
Can I make contactless payments with the Payactiv Visa Card?
Yes. The Payactiv Visa Card supports contactless payments through its embedded EMV chip and through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay when added to a digital wallet.
What is the maximum balance I can have on my card?
The maximum balance for a Payactiv Visa® Card account is $15,000.
Can I transfer funds to another account I own?
Yes. In the Payactiv app, open the Wallet tab, connect a bank account or debit card, and transfer funds. Transfers to a linked bank account are free and typically complete in 1 to 3 business days via Plaid. Transfers to a debit card are available, and fees may apply.
Can I deposit a paper check onto my card?
Yes. Deposit paper checks into your Payactiv Visa Card account through the Ingo Money app: download Ingo Money, link your Payactiv Visa Card as a deposit destination, and follow the prompts to photograph and process the check. Ingo Money charges service fees based on check type, amount, and deposit timeline.
How do I pay a bill with Payactiv?
Payactiv offers free bill pay through the Payactiv app to more than 80,000 billers using your Payactiv Card balance or Earned Wage Access. Log in, tap the dollar sign, select “Pay a bill,” add a biller, and schedule a one-time or recurring payment. Bill payments typically take 2 to 7 business days.
Can the Payactiv Visa Card be used internationally?
You can use your Payactiv Visa Card for international purchases anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Foreign transaction fees apply to purchases outside of the United States, including online orders.
When I return a purchase, how long does the refund take?
After a return is made with a merchant, you should see the funds returned to your card within 10 business days. Processing times vary based on the specific transaction details and merchant.
How can I dispute a transaction?
You can dispute a transaction by contacting the Payactiv Card customer service team at 877-747-5862. Our team will begin an investigation in accordance with our dispute resolution process.
Are there merchants where my Payactiv Visa Card is not accepted?
In general, the Payactiv Card can be used at nearly any merchant Visa debit cards are accepted. Certain merchants and transaction categories may be blocked. The Payactiv Visa Card may not be used for purchases related to adult entertainment, online gambling, or any illegal transaction.
