A Letter to Our Partners and Clients
I am sending this personal message to share the steps we are taking in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, especially in how it pertains to the services we provide for you and your valuable employees.

As a Public Benefit Corporation with a certification from B-Corp, we are mission and purpose driven. Our singular goal is to provide Access to affordable financial services with security, dignity and savings and we do that without fail every single minute of the day or night.
WE ARE WHO WE SERVE
PayActiv reaches millions of workers that are the most vulnerable in such periods of crisis. What this means to us is that we have a huge responsibility towards the individuals and families we serve.
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU
Here are a few steps we have taken:
- Continued Service: You will continue to receive the same access to all PayActiv services, as well as the dedication and engagement from our Customer Success teams. Whether by phone, email, or other line of communication, we stand ready to assist you.
- Remote Team: We not only have concern for you and your employees, but for our employees, as well. As a precautionary measure, our team [has the option to work/will be working] from home to their well-being as well as that of their families. PayActiv remains open for business at all times and you can be assured that there will be no impact on the level of service you receive.
- Third Parties: We are also working closely with all 3rd party providers to understand any potential impact on their services, and also developing contingency plans to avoid any disruption to you or your employees. As of now, we anticipate no such disruption.
- Use Our Benefits: PayActiv exists to provide Access. This includes providing employees with Uber rides to transport them to work in the event mass transportation becomes disrupted or undesirable.
WE ARE LEARNING FROM OUR USERS
We talk to thousands of workers every day and we know what people are feeling. Through our non-profit, which we formed during other moments of crises like Harvey, Irma and Baton Rouge flooding, we are assisting employees that are in dire straits and need immediate financial help.
AND WE HAVE PUT UP OUR OWN MONEY
PayActiv is allocating $100,000 towards families who are most in need and feeling helpless.
