I am sending this personal message to share the steps we are taking in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, especially in how it pertains to the services we provide for you and your valuable employees.

We talk to thousands of workers every day and we know what people are feeling. Through our non-profit, which we formed during other moments of crises like Harvey, Irma and Baton Rouge flooding, we are assisting employees that are in dire straits and need immediate financial help.
AND WE HAVE PUT UP OUR OWN MONEY
PayActiv is allocating $100,000 towards families who are most in need and feeling helpless.

Beginning with your second direct deposit of at least $5 from the same source, Central Bank of Kansas City (CBKC) will post the funds to your Payactiv Visa Card when we receive it, rather than on the effective date. This may result in your having access to the funds sooner. The date CBKC receives your direct deposit and the effective date are controlled by the originator.
