Governor Eric Braun signed House Bill 1125 into law on May 6, 2025. The new law recognizes the unique features of EWA products and ensures they operate under clear, consumer-focused standards. Payactiv is fully compliant with this new law. We are proud to share that our licensure application has been approved, allowing us to continue expanding access to earned wages for workers across Indiana.
