Faced with rising costs in an industry that traditionally has a high turnover
rate, InfoCision realized the need to change its approach to employee benefits.
Acknowledging the tangible impact of employee financial stress on engagement
and productivity, InfoCision began searching for solutions that focused on
employee financial wellness.

Using Payactiv, InfoCision found a means to bridge the gap between employee
financial needs and payday. Providing InfoCision’s employees on-demand access
to earned wages proved overwhelmingly popular; InfoCision employees have
accessed around $700,000 in earned wages in under a year. Both salaried and
hourly workers are making use of Payactiv’s platform and according to InfoCision’s
Senior Director of Accounting, Terri Pivet, it has helped “…keep people in the
workforce and engaged with their jobs.”
InfoCision initially rolled out Payactiv to the company’s 2,000+ hourly workers. Seeing the success of the initial rollout, it decided to open the service up to its 500 salaried employees as well.
Both hourly and salary employees are using it every week; it’s working very well.
Payactiv’s seamless integration with ADP made the onboarding process fast, efficient, and effective which ultimately led
to a rapid increase in adoption; InfoCision employees have accessed around $700,000 in earned wages in under a year.
The process of implementing Payactiv was streamlined since we
were already an ADP partner and their integrated solution was
available on ADP Marketplace.
InfoCision looks to engage and increase the enrolled user base by promoting the Payactiv financial wellness suite of
services including bill pay, financial counseling, and the innovative savings tool.
We’re really looking to promote the use of some of those benefits,
even if they never need to access their pay in advance.
InfoCision found that the ability to advertise on-demand pay was vital for recruiting and retaining top talent. Both hourly
and salaried workers benefited from the flexibility of the Payactiv platform.
We’ve found that using Payactiv, can help keep people in the workforce and engaged with their jobs.
