You have to learn to put yourself on a budget
Lindsey is a healthcare worker. She’s 39 years old and a mother of 2. She’s cut all her credit cards and hates them.
She’s learned to budget and pay bills before any other expense but falls short sometimes.
After Hurricane Katrina, she moved away from New Orleans and had to find somewhere to stay with no cash. It wasn’t always easy. She’s still getting things together and has taken PDL’s where you have to pay a lot, then have to pay more back, and if you don’t have it on time the interest is $45 more. It wasn’t good so she never went back.
“PayActiv is good. I like it, especially around the holidays. Even for small bills, it helps to budget. Sometimes you might not have enough and then have to pay late fees. Now, I know I can go with PayActiv.”
In Lindsey’s Words
“Last year I had a death in the family and it was before the week I’m paid and I had to get to New Orleans for gas. It was close to Christmas time and it really helped me to be able to get that cash. PayActiv also helps with paying for my bus and gas fare.”
