What do I need to sign up?

All you need is your name, phone number, employer, and employee ID. That’s it! You can find your employee ID on your pay stub or ask your manager.

Does Payactiv charge any fees?

It’s free to transfer your earned wages to a bank account (1-3 business days) or to your Payactiv Visa^® Card* (same-day) with paycheck Direct Deposit. You can view other disbursement options and fees at payactiv.com/program-pricing.

Do I need the Payactiv Visa® Card* to access my earned wages?

No. You can transfer your earned wages to any bank, debit, or payroll card in addition to the Payactiv Card.

How long does it take to get Earned Wage Access funds?

You can transfer your earned wages same-day to your Payactiv Card or personal card for a small fee. ACH bank transfers are completed in 1-3 business days.

What's the catch?

There is no catch! It’s just your money in your hands. Funds accessed using Payactiv will show as deductions on your next paycheck. It’s not a loan and has no hidden fees. Ever.

You must be employed by ‘MasterCorp’ to qualify and you must be enrolled in Payactiv and must make at least one Earned Wage Access (EWA) transaction:

To enroll, you have to be successfully signed up and verify your employer on the Payactiv online site or application.
After enrollment, you must make at least one Earned Wage Access (EWA) transaction by 11:59 PM PST on December 31st, 2021 and link a Payactiv Visa^® Card* or bank account / debit card of choice.
All the fees for the your first transaction will be waived.
This is only available to users who make their first transaction before December 31st, 2021

After enrolling and transacting, a $20.00 will be automatically added into your Payactiv Visa card or linked account within 7 days. Limit 1 promotion per employee. Offer is subject to change at any time without notice.
